Spring, a beautiful season! Every shinobi in Konoha was extremely excited. It was the two week mark before the spring festival. There was still much that needed to be done. The decorations needed to be made, the perfect spot to hold the festival still needed to be found. Infact, that was Hinata Hyuuga's job.

Hinata is a very beautiful shinobi. With pale purple eyes, and long dark hair. As beautiful as she is, she's extremely shy.

She wandered through the woods near the village, looking every which way for a place to hold the festival. She was about to give up, until she tripped. As she stood up to wipe the dirt of her clothes, she noticed a beautiful lane of sakura trees. All were going to be blossoming very soon also! It would be perfect for the festival. She walked down the lane of beautiful trees curious about what was at the other end.

Naruto Uzumaki. A hyperactive blonde shinobi. He holds the nine tailed fox, Kyuubi, inside of him. Not the brightst ninja out there, he was given the task of helping the Yamanaka's with their flower shop. Their flowers would be used for some of the decoration at the sakura festival.  But the Yamanaka Flower shop is where it all begins.


Naruto bounded into the Yamanaka flower shop holding his lunch in one hand, and the door in the other.  Ino looked up from her flowers and twitched. "Naruto! Your late!" Naruto flinched and sighed. Ino was
almost as bad as Sakura. He groaned and walked over to Ino. "I know, I woke up late," Naruto yawned out. Ino rolled her eyes exasperated from the blonde ninja. He just grinned and watered the flowers.


Hinata looked around the field. It was completely beautiful,surrounded by Cherry blossom trees, beautiful green grass, with small wild flowers growing with it. She smiled at the serenity the field presented to her. As she started she slipped into a daydream, a blush crossed her face, as a giggle escaped her mouth. Just daydreaming of naruto made her blush bright. She smiled and started laying down frames for where which booth would be, and where the picnics would be held.


Naruto groaned in the flower shop. He had just finished arguing with Ino, for the fifth time today. She was becoming more annoying than Sakura, and Sasuke.  "Naruto! Get over here! You organized these flowers completely wrong!" Ino screeched. Naruto twitched annoyed and growled walking over. "That's how you TOLD me to arrange them Ino!" grumbled Naruto. Ino rolled her eyes huffing out a sigh. "Well, now I changed my mind! Just go water the flowers or something! Your ruining everything else!"  Ino yelled out annoyed. Naruto growled, "Fine! I'll leave!"  Ino gaped speechless. "NARUTO! GET BACK HERE!" she screamed out. Naruto only ignored her, and kept walking.



It was late before Hinata finished planning where everything would go. She looked at the sky and sighed, "I'm late, Neji-kun must be worried." She started walking to the edge of the field, but it wasn't long before her clumsyness caught up with her. She tripped over her own two feet and fell to the ground. Before she knew it though, she was back on her feet. She looked up and blushed bright. There before her stood Naruto Uzamaki, the blonde, crazy ninja she had a crush on, for as long as she could remember. He smiled down at her and brushed her off gently, "Still clumsy, I see Hinata." She tried to giggle, but it didn't work so well for her. Naruto leaned in putting his forehead against hers. "Hinata, are you alright? Your red?" Hinata squealed then fell to the ground unconcious. Naruto looked shocked an freaked out for a moment before picking Hinata up like a bride and running to Sakura's house.

Sakura looked at the stillunconcious Hinata and chuckled. "You want to know how to cure her Naruto?" He nodded, "Yes!" She laughe. "Ask her out Naruto, that'll cure her. If she passes out again, that means she said yes." Naruto nodded and woke up Hinata gently. Her eyes fluttered open and she blushed bright. He grinned. "Hinata, would you like to go to the Festival with me tomorrow?" She blushed and nodded before passing out again.


The next day Naruto picked up Hinata, she was dressed in a blue and purple Ukata. Naruto felt his cheeks burn red but he grinned taking her arm, and planting a kiss on her cheek. Hinata sighed happily, Naruto was finally hers, and she had no plan of letting him go.
